They say stars without tantrums are a director's dream. But for once, this dream came true for Tanuja Chandra, director of 'Hope And A Little Sugar'. The film that stars Mahima in the lead role along with debutant Amit Sial and Vikram Chatwal, has been shot entirely in New York. However, the story was based in the warmer months of August and September, while the shoot took place in winter.
But while everyone on the sets kept it rolling by donning several layers of clothing, Mahima Chaudhary had to opt for flimsy summer dresses to lend the autumn feel to the film. And this she did without hesitation. We guess all it takes is hope and a little professionalism!
