Canon India has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of 23 new products.
The products unveiled by the the company's Imaging Communication Products division include 8 Digital Compact Cameras, 12 Digital Video Camcorders, 1 Digital SLR and 2 Selphy printers.
Cannon's new dual flash camcorder Canon HF10 introduces “Flash Memory” technology, which offers dual advantage to the customer and makes it possible to reduce the size of device as well as extend battery life.
The camcorders have features like quick start to offer ease and convenience to the customers. The HF series camcorders offer up to 6 hours of HD video footage (using Long Play mode) and a 16 GB internal flash memory.
The camcorders also comes with additional features like Instant Focus, Video light, a new user interface and search function in the review mode.
Canon Digital camcorders currently contribute 10 per cent to the camera division turnover.
The company also unveiled its new digital compact camera products with technologies like Face Select and Track, Motion Detection and AF `point' zoom.
The digital cameras come in several new colours, robe design and different curves and shapes.
